Refund policy

All Sales Are Final. Understand that this is a small business, not a big box store, so I do not offer refunds for any reason.  Order cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing an order. If there is an issue with an order or product arriving damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with three photos of the damaged item. I care about my clients. I will do my best to make it right either by exchanging with a similar item or a store credit. 

Consultations, readings and services are non-refundable. You are paying for time. Readings are for entertainment only. Spiritual products are sold as curios not guaranteed results.

Tickets to events are refundable if you give 36 hours' notice. Please don't resell tickets or give them away to another. My events are small groups, often in private homes, so we like to know who is attending. We reserve the right to remove unruly attendees.  If an event is cancelled and you can't come on the rescheduled day I will give a 100% percent refund.
